GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.



We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days. If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

Taxable items have 17.5%VAT (sales tax) added. Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link.


We guarantee your satisfaction. If you need to reach us, please use the Contact us link on the store page.


We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.


RETURNS PROCEDURE AND POLICY


Not happy with an item you have bought from us?

If you have a query with a purchase and wish to return it, we do ask that you contact us within 2 working days at the following email address indicating the reason for the return. We in turn will send you an authorisation number for the return. We regret that items cannot be returned to us without our prior agreement. We are happy to refund the cost of the goods, upon their safe, insured return. Giftware Solutions is unable to refund the cost of any outbound or inbound carriage charges in such events.

Damages on delivery?

Each of our orders are carefully picked, checked and securely wrapped prior to despatch to ensure the goods arrive in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that an item may have been delivered damaged please let us know within 2 days of receipt of goods. We in turn will despatch a replacement with our compliments.

Have you given us your full address?

As you can appreciate it is vital we receive your full address including postcode. In the event of a failed delivery we reserve the right to charge for the redelivery of goods.

Ordering from outside the UK?

Please contact us before placing an order as carriage costs will be different to locations outside the UK Mainland. Email us at sales@giftwaresolutions.co.uk.
